How it works

Four steps

  • 1. Check. Take our short quiz, then use TRA's eligibility check through our link.
  • 2. Engage. TRA contacts you and you review its Letter of Engagement.
  • 3. File. TRA's trade-attorney-led team prepares and files the claim.
  • 4. Track. You follow status with TRA. Outcomes, amounts, and timing vary.

What it costs

TRA states its service is contingency-based with no upfront fees. Fee terms are set in your agreement with TRA.

Other TRA services

TRA also lists CBP protests, duty drawback, and advance funding (claim buyout). Advance funding is subject to TRA underwriting.
